QSM³ (Quantum Spinal Mechanics³) is a gentle, upper cervical chiropractic method that aligns the whole body from pelvis to skull. It uses no twisting or cracking — instead, a very light touch at the top of the neck releases tension and lets the body naturally return to its ideal posture.
How it works
Dr. Sweeney measures how the pelvis, spine, and head are compensating in three dimensions, then delivers a very light, specific contact at the top of the neck. From there, the body unwinds the compensation pattern on its own — no manual thrust, no popping, no forcing.
